How Does Strattera Work?

Strattera 100 mg works by increasing the amount of norepinephrine, an important chemical in the brain. It helps to increase attention span and reduce impulsive behavior and hyperactivity of ADHD.

How Is Strattera 100 mg Taken?

The patient should take Strattera 100 mg from one to four weeks to work. After four weeks, the dose can be decreased as the health condition of the doctor. The initial dose is 10 mg and the highest dose of the Strattera is 100 mg. The highest dose of the medication is often given in once a day in the morning if the doctor feels it according to the severity of the patient.
